I was confused. Silk never said Diamond got a vax, but she seemed to imply that. They were violently opposed to the vax in their podcasts.

Silk very strongly denied that Diamond had Covid in November, calling the media who declared that were lying MOFOs. Are you saying Silk lied?
My guess, from the things Silk has said or written about her sister's health, and it's just a thoughtful guess from a retired medical professional, maybe Diamond got the shot when it first was available, and maybe even got a booster.
And maybe what got Diamond hospitalized in November was a PE, a pulmonary embolism (clots in the lung or lungs), which is definitely very serious and life threatening, and which we all know is one of the things that has killed many Covid shot recipients who have died suddenly.
Before Diamond died she said she couldn't breath. That would be one of the signs a doctor would see in a person with a PE. No matter what killed her, it's tragic that Silk had to watch her sister die while she tried to save her, it's tragic that Diamond died so young and so suddenly. And it's disgusting that the media misrepresented so much about the whole story.

They were, however, vociferously opposed to mandates.
