What probably is never mentioned is that slumlords are often other blacks. Also it is kind of hard to keep up property when vandalism is a common problem. It is not soccer moms coming to the neighborhood and shooting out windows and digging up plants.

if you look, on you tube there are a number of black people that show off their gardens and farms.....a number that showcase their cooking skills....
they as a group are more than capable...sometimes brilliant.....
