In a strange turn of events, Hollywood star Jamie Lee Curtis has deleted an Instagram post after followers noticed a photo in the background depicting a naked child stuffed in a box, with some commenters comparing the apparent artwork to Jeffrey Epstein.
Jamie Lee Curtis, who endorsed Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential run and is currently attracting Oscar buzz for her performance in the sci-fi comedy-adventure Everything Everywhere All at Once, shared a photo of her Comet Productions office on Instagram on Tuesday. While the actress drew attention to the designer office furniture, a photo hanging on the wall ended up stealing the show.
The photo depicts a naked child stuffed awkwardly into a box, with legs crammed together at uncomfortable angles and what appears to be a look of discomfort on the child’s face. It remains unclear who the photographer is and what the piece is meant to represent.

It took Dangerfield’s advice
If you can’t get lucky go gay you get a shot at everybody.
Because she already chose not to explain it and then removed the picture.
It's not pointless speculation - it's a large, framed photo displayed on wall of kid jammed in a plastic tote, the kind of "art" that we've seen with the likes of John Podesta.
That movie was absolute garbage. I went with a bunch of friends and we all pretty much agreed that we could have done just about anything else and been better off. I don’t even feel bad about spoiling it. The plot was an imaginative woman trying to figure out where she went wrong with her relationship with her children and fantasized parallel realities which she could inhabit almost at will. They were manifestations of all of the missed opportunities and choices in her life and where they could have taken her. It was mildly interesting until she came to a reality where people had hot dog sausages for fingers. At that point it was clear that it was a story of her crazy imagination and not any science fiction at all. The rest was there as punishment for buying the ticket to the wrong movie. Of course it will win awards. Awards are given to Hollywood by Hollywood as a way of coaxing people into seeing the movies they thought were artistic masterpieces. It’s never about Star Wars selling zillions of tickets and millions of toys. It’s about movies that don’t sell millions of tickets and sell no toys at all.
S&M Pride Day to be ‘celebrated’ at an elementary school near YOU soon. That’s next on the sexual weirdo kink agenda. Anyone refusing to ‘celebrate’ will be punished.
Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday.
But she did explain it.
It’s so awful what some people do to little, tiny, defenseless children.
To get a good insight into how screwed up this woman is watch her in’Love Letters’ made when she was about 28yrs old. Curtis is a psychologically twisted human being.
This woman was born in 1958 and she appears to be in her 80’s. Another true life Dorian Gray.
For the love of all that’s holy, stop. She did explain that it was a gift. It is a painting of a picture the artist took of her own daughter playing outside in a plastic tote filled with water.
How did you come up with calling that anti child abuse?
Nope. That would be untrue. I have criticized Trump plenty lately. So you are pretty ignorant and too lazy to research before making a baseless accusation.
Just what I would prominently display in my office (not).
Yeesh, apologies. There are 2-3 ‘forests’ and I admit to often confusing them. No need to be rude, if I’m proven wrong I’ll admit it.
I wouldn’t display it in my home either. I’m making no claim that it’s good art, only that it was a gift and it’s origin.
Ms. Curtis a very strange person and that was clear long before this incident.
Wasn’t she born as a hermaphrodite?
I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt until or unless I hear different. It may well just be what you and I would deem an inappropriate expression of support for children or child abuse. Who knows? Maybe she will clarify if you give her a call. Let me know what she says.
