Staring death in the face is very traumatic.
I can certainly understand his frustration with the medical community when they seem to be working against his health instead of with each other for it.

Follow up to my comment #18. I phoned my brother today and he was calmer. Maybe he was so frustrated he just need to scream at and to someone. I was able to tell him a little about some of the research I have been doing, but he is very overwhelmed with large numbers of things to do and doctor instructions, and the surgery, and failing eyesight, so I limit what I say. He believes in science, and Adelle Davis, and mostly follows my suggestions. When I search for science articles, I may have a Google page with 20 articles. Sometimes I just have the impulse to look at a certain one. Perhaps I am being “guided.” Anyway, thanks for your kind thoughts.
