It was always about setting up a permanent underclass to keep the fascist far-left in power until the country implodes, Cloward-Piven style.

The Left wants a permanent underclass to justify big government.

They created a nice niche with a good portion of urban blacks and white trash, but they didn’t figure that abortion, which was needed to break down the family structure in order to create the dependency, would also limit the population growth.

Solution: open the border to fill out the next set of dependents.
