I wonder why he did a 180 and went from ruling against braces to wanting to ditch the ATFGaetz didn't rule against pistol braces the ATF did. They have been legal for years. Suddenly the ATF decides that they are no longer pistols but now they are short barreled rifles. Thus making potentially tens of thousands of previously legal gun owners into felons overnight. Gaetz is reacting to the overreach by the ATF.
