Don't understand why Ukraine thinks 300 tanks will give them an advantage on a new offensive. When Hitler attacked Russia in Operation Barbarossa in June 1941 he used well over 3,000 tanks and still got pushed back. This must be all stage craft.

Hitler certainly didn’t get pushed back in 1941!

300 quality tanks with well-trained crews would be significant. How well-trained the crews would be is certainly open to question. What’s the opposition in tank quality and crew quality? Likely not that good, all they probably have is quantity.

Surely the former Warsaw Pact nations have bunches of old Russian tanks, T55s, T-62s, & T-72s. Are those stores exhausted? They would make more sense to send. There would Ukes with experience in those vehicles. Also, the border nations would have a nice little business refurbishing them.

“Don’t understand why Ukraine thinks 300 tanks will give them an advantage...
*************************************************************

Abrams M-1 Tank cost = Around $5,000,000 ($3M to $9M Depending on accounting method used)

$5M X 300 Tanks = $1.5 BILLION

Zelinski takes $100M (+10% for the “Big Guy”)

We get rid of obsolete Tanks, the world gushes praise on Bite-em’s humanitarian aid, and a lot of grease goes around.
