You are constantly told by both sides in this 5G Information War that an “independent Special Counsel” isn’t independent at all, they take ORDERS from the Attorney General, they run their investigations according to AG orders, they have to run ALL THEIR EVIDENCE by the AG and share it all with the DOJ before they make a move or pursue cases and certainly before they issue indictments.

Anybody who thinks that since January 2021, Durham has been **sharing** all the evidence he’s holding with Merrick Garland and the DOJ doesn’t have the first clue how a Special Counsel actually works.
People have this idea in their heads that Durham not only has to share all the evidence he gets with Garland & the DOJ/FBI, he has to ask Garland “Mother, May I?” before he pursues any cases or issues any indictments.
And it’s not true.

If that WERE true, if Garland was picking and choosing who Durham can and can’t prosecute, and what evidence he can and cannot use in the cases he’s building, Garland would be **directly interfering with** the Special Counsel’s investigations and prosecutions.
He is not **legally** allowed to do that.
How do I know this?
Because I learned all about Special Counsels & how they actually operate during the 22 months the Mueller Special Counsel was active.
A lot of people never researched it.

A storm of ARMAGEDDON-SIZED SH** would have descended upon both Jeff Sessions/Rod Rosenstein/ @mattwhitaker46 / William Barr had it come out that they were **directly running / interfering with** Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation while it was active.
Remember the media furor that arose when Mueller team members tried to **manufacture** the controversy that Barr has MISCHARACTERIZED their findings in his summary letter about their final report?

In fact, as if to EMPHASIZE the fact that Barr & Rosenstein [and by associations, Sessions & Whitaker] had taken such a hands-off approach to the independent Mueller Special Counsel’s investigation, Barr expressed SHOCK when Bob Mueller & Andrew Weissmann **refused** to make their own charging decision about Trump obstructing justice based on an obscure & convoluted reading of the federal statute.
Mueller & Weissmann very publicly **punted** that decision upstairs to Barr & Rosenstein.

Barr publicly stated how **surprised he was** that Mueller & Weissmann didn’t do their own jobs and make their own charging decision, instead the tossed it to him and Rosenstein.
So this ridiculous idea that Special Counsel’s run their charging decisions by the current Attorney General and get a yay or nay vote is dumb and it really needs to die in a fire.

Not only do Special Counsel’s not run their charging decisions by the AG for a yes or no vote before proceeding, they also don’t **share all the evidence in the cases they are building** with the AG or the DOJ.

No, Durham has not spent the last 4 years running all his evidence by the DOJ and showing them what he’s got.
Hur & Smith aren’t doing that either.

So what do people do in the absence of leaks?
Many of them do the same thing they did when they were getting fake leaks: they go with their confirmation biases. And their emotions.
