I checked the listings on Amazon--some editions may go back as far as 1912 but none of the covers exactly matches my copy's cover. I would guess post-1945 because it says Printed in Germany and there probably wasn't much of a market for Hebrew-English dictionaries in Germany between 1933 and 1945.
I would suggest it was printed prior to the end of WWII. I have firearms that clearly state Made in West Germany and stamps that are from the GDR German Democratic Republic.
The fact they did not differentiate leads me to believe it was published prior to the end of the war and likely before the the beginning of it.
That's putting it mildly!
