What I would've given to had seen Zep in the States. They should've done a show over here. Sure, they were an English band but, really, it was the United States were they found fame and fortune.
In 2005 Cream ended it right, They put on 7 final show between London and New York. Led Zeppelin was much bigger and played live longer. So they should have held 12 final shows. Las Vegas / New York / London. Their fan base would have been overjoyed. Zep would have taken home millions.
We both know that conceited Robert Plant ruined this. His folkie and country records are kinda lame. As lame as Mark Knopfler is these days, with his folkie material.
