“Breathing impaired” dogs seem to live as long as most other dogs, and adjust to,their lives of not breathing 100%. How impaired are they Peta? 3%? The Importsnt thing is their oxygen levels- If they are normal, then what is the issue?

Peta- Take yer demand and go pound sand.

Average age of a Bulldog is 8 years.......we had 2 that lived to be 10. We had one with an open palate and had surgery at 8 weeks to fix it, club feet and an all around dud (and I say that lovingly). He was so well cared for he lived to be 8.....cancer. Broke our hearts. Swore no more dogs.....famous last words. We ended up with Pugs and a Chug with seizures. Lost all of them starting in January of 2021, another in August of 2021 and our last one in February 2022........all old age. Our lives are so empty but we can’t get another. We have a Beagle left and he’s our baby now. He’s getting old and we’ll see him through and just hope we outlive him. That’s always been a nightmare....them thinking we didn’t love them any more if we passed.
