This isn’t even legal. Hope the gun lobbyists step in. I haven’t heard how the citizens feel. Did they vote this in? Will the Sheriff’s dept go along?
In a sane Illinois/Chicago, instead, they'd declare gangbangers to be domestic terrorists, and round them up. (but there's no such thing as a sane Chicago)
