I agree 10 and 11 are solid. 8 was an awful interface that I skipped.

The Windows 7 interface was always there in 8, but I am really just speaking in stability and reliability.

Have you been having any issues with AppXSvc, the process that fires up when you look sideways at the Start menu?

Mine started acting up several months ago - it was winding up in RAM and flashing a goofy fake keyboard icon on the screen when it was doing it.

I finally was able to neutralize it last month.
