A responsible government would have been building more reservoirs over the last 20 years. Unfortunately, the Democrat Party is in charge.

It’s good no matter what “they” do. Recharges the soil, the aquifers, the natural lakes and the reservoirs that are left. It’s fabulous to see it hitting all over the west. My area is at 127%.
You will be disappointed. They will let even more water out into the ocean just like they have for the last 10 plus years.
They don’t want water. They want to control a limited supply of water.
