That’s great! But I think Feds need to take over water management out west.
California has their heads to far up their guacamole toast arses to manage it.
This should help...
Will California tip over?
“ As of Monday, California’s snow water equivalent is 199% of normal for this date ”
Greta Thunberg was seen sobbing in the corner of her room and clutching her Al Gore doll.
A perfect time to remove some dams....
“Boom: Removing 81 Dams Is Transforming This California Watershed
The innovative project could aid endangered native species — and provide a useful roadmap for other dam-removal efforts.”

Nature’s bounty will squandered by Sacramento.
And Democrats will be re-elected anyway.
We’ve seen this movie before.
I’m going out on a limb here and guessing the draught caused increases in price for water as well as penalties for over use will not be reduced to their former level.
They need it. Most usable water comes from the snow pack. Problem is CA got rid of 200 plus dams so they let a lot of that water roll into the ocean.
Eco wennies rule CA.
Or shall it not? If not, why?
We need heavy snow pack all along the route of the Colorado river from Granby to Las Vegas. It’s going to take gazillions of gallons of water to significantly raise Lake Mead.
Glad to see it. My family lives in the North State and the snow melt will be great for the lakes and rivers in 2023.
Can’t save water because of a threatened minnow.
No problem. In six months it will all be in the ocean and not watering any crops or lawns or people.
Actually normal needs to average out at 100%.
Otherwise, you need to adjust the normal.
