You'll be hard pressed to find a doctor to prescribe for you without knowing you.That's how doctors get sued...or have their license suspended.

Well thanks for that GSC. Fortunately for ppl like me, you're wrong. I found an online resource that does exactly what I needed which is getting meds that are as close to harmless as it gets. Not looking for narcotics here. Take care.

My comment to you was based on 20+ years experience working at a teaching hospital of a very famous medical school. Of course I left that hospital 20+ years ago so I guess I should accept the possibility that things have changed.

I do wonder,however,how often physicians and/or pharmacists who do that kind of thing are sued for various forms of negligence/malpractice.

And yes,when I posted I was assuming you weren't looking for oxycontin! ;-)
