You omitted that ALL vaccines are protected from legal recourse by the PREP Act. The anti-vaxxers are wrong when the claim the COVID vaccines have this unique protection.

PREP Act was specifically amended for COVID in March of 2020, by 'declaration' from HHS:
"In March 2020, the Secretary issued a PREP Act Declaration covering COVID-19 tests, drugs and vaccines providing liability protections to manufacturers, distributors, states, localities, licensed healthcare professionals, and others identified by the Secretary (qualified persons) who administer COVID-19 countermeasures.
