I recall reading the regulating authority of pharmacists nationwide warning them that the professionalism, ethics and competence of any pharmacist filling prescriptions for Ivermectin and HCQ would be up for review before the board. I posted that information as a thread on FR.

I recall a hospital pharmacist caught on video stating she was told she would be fired if she filled prescriptions for Ivermectin.

I recall reading a 'fact checking' website's report on the so-called 'incompetence' of a physician for his having 'spread misinformation' and 'prescribing Ivermectin'.

All the patients denied prescriptions. Doctors threatened. And they want to tell us it never happened?

*imagining the meme of the FDA tweeting, "C'mon y'all, you're not horses!*

My health insurance, aka Obamacare, requires prior approval for Ivermectin or HCQ before it will allow it to be prescribed to the patient/insured. Despite the fact that they are both on the approved formulary list of medicines for my policy.
