You remember that Flynn was initially Trumps NatSec advisor, yes? He would have been great help to Trump in terms of knowing the workings of the DefDept. But he supposedly blew the conversation with Pence. Alleged to lie, swallowed hard, and left. If Pence lied, and I believe he did, then Flynn owed it to us to clear the air. He didn’t. Flynn went quiet for four years. That’s not what a sworn-to-defend-the-constitution Flag Officer does. And why would a flag officer lie to anybody, or be accused of it, then not defend himself. I took the same oath he did and that’s why I’m cool to Flynn. He’ll never be my wingman.
