0:01 I think we have three objectives this
0:03 Congress three fundamental things we
0:05 have to get done in the 118th Congress
0:07 first pass the bills that fix the
0:10 problems in two years time we have went
0:14 we we have a border that is no longer a
0:16 border we have a military that can't
0:18 meet its recruitment goals we have bad
0:19 energy policy bad education policy
0:22 record spending record inflation record
0:24 debt and a government that has been
0:26 weaponized against we the people against
0:28 the very people we represent
0:30 thank you
0:33 so we we need to pass legislation to
0:36 address all that
0:37 and I hope my Democrat colleagues will
0:39 join me
0:40 I really do
0:42 but I have my doubts and if they don't
0:44 and if Chuck Schumer says no we're not
0:45 going to take up that legislation that
0:47 we pass and if Joe Biden won't sign it
0:49 so be it they'll have to they'll have to
0:51 answer to the people in 2024.
0:53 second second we can never ever let a
0:57 bill like the one that passed 12 days
1:00 ago 1.7 trillion dollars we can never
1:03 ever let that kind of legislation pass
1:05 again
1:06 foreign
1:18 we have to we have to pass a budget that
1:20 makes sense that's good common sense
1:22 then do the 12 appropriation bills that
1:24 that are that recognizes the people's
1:26 money not ours and send it to the Senate
1:29 and then stand firm on that legislation
1:31 and again if they won't take it up
1:34 and Joe Biden won't sign it we can stand
1:37 firm on a CR or something we can have
1:39 that fight but we are not going to have
1:41 what took place a week and a half ago
1:43 ever happen again and then finally third
1:45 and this is important
1:48 we got to do the oversight we'll do the
1:50 investigations
1:55 we have to do the oversight and the
1:57 investigations
1:59 that need to be done
2:01 this idea that bureaucrats who never put
2:03 their name on a ballot but think they
2:05 run the country who have assaulted our
2:07 constituents First Amendment Liberties
2:09 they need to be held accountable that
2:11 has to happen we need to do it
That was a pain in the arse to reformat. I don't think I'll be doing that again.
Thank you for providing that. It was a valiant effort. It was readable, and it hit all the highlights.
Thank you YoYo, your efforts are appreciated!

I didn’t have any difficulty reformatting the automatic YouTube Transcript, it only took a couple of minutes. I used the Find and Replace feature in Wordperfect (my usual word processor, I’m not so familiar with Microsoft’s Word). Find the HRt code - every second one - and replace it with a couple of spaces.

and so on, however many times till you get to the end.
