The shoulder of #85 of Cincinnati was the lead point of impact into the left chest of #3, the player who subsequently dropped. The earlier post from another freezer looks very likely.

"Commotio cordis. Rare, but we’ll known phenomenon".

That is afib from a sudden blow to the heart muscle.

It’s not afib (atrial fibrillation) but vfib (venticular fibrillation), the most common cause of sudden death in athletes.
