I doubt that bombarding Russian civilians would help Ukraine, any more than when Russians bombard Ukrainians.
Bombing Russians will simply move Russia into WW III mode and us with it. Spring will see the world locked in combat with battlefields in Ukraine, Poland, Finland, The North Atlantic, South Pacific, Korea, Vietnam, China Seas, Iran and Iraq. Maybe even Columbia and Haiti. It will not be a WW II replay—but something new and horrible.
