We love bleu cheese on our grilled steaks. And, of course, on our wedge salads.

I had to look up what a wedge salad is lol. Never heard of it.

I’m allergic to penicillin and other antibiotics, so that’s my substitute. Have you tried red, white and bleu potato salad?
