I don’t know about the twitter servers, but Cates is an amazing investigative journalist who was banned by twitter a couple of years ago.
It has been hell for me to try to follow him across various platforms and thry to read his work.

Looks like Mr. Cates publishes an analysis of what is released from Twitter. I don’t see where he gets internal information early though. We’ll just have to wait and see. Patience is not one of my strengths though....
