This is a mistake.

Kevin McCarthy strongly opposes key bipartisan antitrust reforms to hold Big Tech accountable.

If @GOPLeader becomes Speaker, it is much more likely Twitter faces the Parler play:

As you’re well aware, Democrats are angry Twitter won’t censor conservatives.

And especially your Twitter files.

They’ll blame Twitter for “allowing hatred & violence to flourish,” “spreading misinformation & disinformation,” and not enough “content moderation” (censorship).

Democrats will demand Google and Apple kick Twitter out of the App Store duopoly.

And Amazon kick Twitter off the internet.

Just like Parler, which unfairly got blamed for January 6th (organized on Facebook).

Kevin McCarthy won’t help Twitter.

Just like he didn’t help Parler.

Because Kevin McCarthy takes Big Tech’s money.

And does Big Tech’s bidding.

Kevin McCarthy’s top advisor (Jeff Miller) is a lobbyist who has made millions from Amazon & Apple.

Miller is running McCarthy’s Speaker race.

Don’t expect @GOPLeader to save Twitter from Parler play.
