When Biden says he has “no regrets” over his possession of #ClassifiedDocuments he means he DOESN’T CARE. For him, it’s no big deal. I believe this admission obliterates any case against Trump. There is no way to justify criminalizing Trump’s conduct while excusing Biden’s

in ordinary use a live data base would\should have the files locked.(and i am guessing a backup file is read only.)
ever try to delete a file that is open in windows (or open in any other program ?) no can do.
extra ordinary use...files can be marked for deletion later, after some event occurs. (delete after reboot)
