Well, my husband is of Polish/Eastern Eurpean descent, so cabbage and kielbasa it is!
I would actually prefer collards, they do better with strong sausages.
the only place I can find some half decent kielbasa is at the RUssian store...and its from Bulgaria, not Poland.....
