Lol! Her attitude or snarl is hideous. Her hair is a mess, but that can be changed. Just imaging her face relaxing into a coy smile after you gave her a sincere compliment.

I agree with Lee that she is attractive. Booking photos make everybody look hideous. A smile and some makeup and she would be very attractive. Getting booked at the PD doesn’t lead many people to smile.
