#43 I use Kraft or Kroger brand American cheese. I butter "The Rustic Oven" Hearty Grains & Seeds bread then add to frying pan to toast. I throw in ham slices on the butter in the pan then when the bread and ham are nearly done cooking I add the cheese. Put both slices together and take out my serrated knife to slice down to bite-able bits. Hmm...
