I don’t know if Brave VPN is secure enough for his needs.
Someone who knows more about Brave than I do has suggested another VPN I passed on already.
Avast has a VPN that’s good. There’s a free version too. The only thing I don’t like about Avast is the number of processes it runs on the system but they don’t take a lot of cpu or memory resources. I’m a software engineer so I pay attention to such things. Over all I really like Avast.
