If you have or have access to a boat, it would be easy to sneak into Southeast Alaska around Haines, or anywhere in the Southeast islands from Vancouver or the Canadian mainland.
Airplanes are tracked more closely but you might do it in a small bush plane; Not really an option.
A fit, experienced outdoorsman might do it on foot from Yukon or Mainland BC. Also unlikely.
I like the boat option (probably because I have one and that's how I got here)

I hope your recovery from your surgery is going well now. Your early comments suggested it wasn’t as quick or as easy as you’d hoped. We all prayed for you and PR. Then you had your challenging first day back at the radio station. We look forward to hearing it’s smooth sailing from here on.
ON GETTING INTO ALASKA, VARIOUS METHODS:
At one time, I’d have suggested tagging along with a dog team on the Yukon Quest, but the US and Canadian sides are having their own races again this year, instead of the epic Whitehorse, Yukon Territory to Fairbanks, Alaska race. Sigh
