Haven't had the chance yet, but have bookmarked it for when I have sufficient time.
I think that, on its face, the outcome of that case doesn't look very promising. But I also think it's important to see it through until there's a definite "yes" or "no" given by SCOTUS. Then we'll know what steps to take next.
When you read the article, you’ll see there is not even a .0001% chance they’ll take it. It demands an unconstitutional remedy. Legal minds will grok it a lot better.
