Toyota’s one of the few rational players in the auto industry. They’re going to clean up over the next few years as the overwhelming majority of Americans reject BEVs.

No joke. My next vehicle is going to be a Toyota because (1) reputation for great quality and (2) not taking the suicide pills of the left. God-willing, we will all be around in 2030, 2035 to see the total failure come to fruition of today’s leftist arrogant, neo-Marxist, bs commitments/goals to zero internal combustion engines, only EV, zero-emissions, carbon-neutrality, alternative energy, etc.
Agree. Toyota is putting a small effort into pure EVs but focusing more on ICE/EV hybrids which I believe is the rational way to go if one must choose any kind of EV. Personally I think that the future cost of battery raw materials will make EVs undesirable for us regular folks.
Maybe they will find ‘di-lithium crystals’ on the moon that are small enough to fit in passenger cars ...
