It would appear so. Worse than that, that may be the boy’s father watching too and he just looks dismayed, rather than outraged. Why isn’t he pushing the perv’s hand away or at least moving his son out of his reach? Are there no real men left under 50 years old?

I remember watching video of Biden fondling a girl and recognizing one of the people in the background. Judge Lyn Bright, wife of a former dem congress rat, and advocate for children. Obviously someone’s status as a Democrat outweighs one’s position as a protector of children, even if the child is yours.
