wondering if you have ever used curcumin to reduce inflammation and if yes does that mean that you think niacin may/does work better?

I haven't really any serious problems with inflammation.

A friend of mine, however, had a gnarly and painful knuckle on one hand, probably due to technology abuse. Some days she just had to put down her cell phone because it hurt so much.

Within a week after starting on flush niacin (at 500 mg), her knuckle returned to normal size and was without pain. Whenever she misses her niacin dose for more than a couple of days, the problem returns.
