If you go to the website it explains that you initially purchase the nft and then the card is MINTED and shipped to you.
I guess they want buy in before spending the money to create the card.
Good info. So in effect, it’s more similar to a large coin, than a bubble gum card. I therefore doubt I’ll ever actually see one in person.

Read the website again. It says:
Once you successfully check out, your Trump Digital Trading Cards will be minted and delivered to your digital wallet. Log into your wallet (simply with your email address) to see which cards you've received. And then don't forget to check your email to participate in the sweepstakes!
NFT only, and you get a random card. You can't specify which card you get, so even if you bought enough cards for them all, you could end up with duplicates.
The card is “minted.” That stuff is printed near me. Maybe not his…but other stuff. High ending printing facility. They print stuff in the millions.
