I'm sorry for your loss.

You're right hippocampus is likely involved but why? My theory isn't complete though I believe it has to do with how our body generates electricity. I've not found a case where the penal gland is over stimulated yet.

It's likely from inflammation caused by the lipids they use in the injections which carries anything the Phospholipid is bonded with. They body uses the Mfsd2a genes transport omega-3 fatty acid (Phospholipid) through the blood brain barrier.

Polysorbate 80 was used before Polyethylene glycol both a Phospholipid.

All vaccines use Interleukin-1 (IL-1) which is a highly active pro-inflammatory used as a growth culture. The body naturally uses IL-1.
With the lipids the IL-1 is taken to the brain.
A little IL-1 is fine though to much my theory is it creates a feedback loop and can be lethal if the melatonin synthesis isn't activated.

This report doesn't suggest a full brake down of hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis though it does a good job at explaining the feedback loop

The pineal gland (circadian and monitoring roles) to the regulation of acute immune responses via immune cell production and autocrine effects, producing systemic interactions termed the immune‐pineal axis. An acute inflammatory response drives the transcription factor, NFκB, to switch melatonin synthesis from pinealocytes to macrophages/microglia and, upon acute inflammatory resolution, back to pinealocytes

But these people are dying suddenly. My theory that is where the penal gland is over stimulated to activate the NFκB, to switch melatonin synthesis. This creates an epileptic electrical stimulated seizure.
This is an example of one of these seizures

This report suggest with electrical stimulation can induce an epileptic seizure and case the greater turning of the head. What caused the electrical stimulation I'm not sure. Maybe graphene hydroxyl? Though it takes very little electricity to induce the reaction
"From the report: "eye fields were located in front or at the level of the motor representation" https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/j.1528-1167.2011.03076.x

How piezoelectric creates the electricity in our body. This video does a nice job at explaining how that works.

Dr Urso talks about covid injections lipids though the principle is the same. He also gives very simple ways to avoid the inflammation from these injections. Two he listed was Cromoglicic acid with Palmitoylethanolamide Inflammatory prevention histamine.

A summery of my post on sudden death

My theory isn't complete though I believe it has to do with how our body generates electricity and energy for your cells or our sleep cycle. The body is likely unable to activate melatonin synthesis in tern creates even more inflammation and a cycle takes place. The electrical pathways are basically clogged with inflammation around the area your body creates electricity.

The body keeps trying to jump start the melatonin synthesis until it electrocutes itself.
Causing an electrical induced epileptic seizure. Which we see many video's that match this type of seizure. Where the eyes track to one side and the body follows and they fall.

My post #1610 goes into more detail
