There is a new religion of equal results. This religion believes that there are no differences in any ability by race and sex. Any difference in results is proof of the existence of racism or sexism if the underrepresent group is not a white male.
They need to change the nomenclature to transtomale and transfrommale. It is too confusing otherwise.
I predict that real women will never prevail in court. The courts only concern is discrimination against women. The courts will not want to get involved in the definition of “women.” It has always been the case that competition favors the strongest and fastest. The fact that the strongest and fastest are former men is irrelevant. Eventually the womens sports teams will be made up exclusively of trans-women.

Title IX was not created to increase women’s sports, it was created to increase women’s equality. And if you want to create anything then make it mandatory for men and women to compete at one level or at this point, currently women’s programs that are not available to men need to be made so.
See any boys in girl’s softball they are calling little league? And in older women sports like softball and field hockey are not available to men. And all men’s sports are available to women but there are sports that would be no problem to joint compete that the NCAA doesn’t do like bowling, rifle, fencing, and archery (in some locations).
So until all sports that do not require a physical limitation or difference are put into the loop, the intent has nothing to do with anything but politics one sided.

And the East Germans in the 1950’s and 60’s had it down to a (literal) science. Using a testosterone-based steroid, they came as close to turning biologic women into men as anyone ever got. The DDR won 40 medals in the 1976 Olympics in Montreal. They dominated the swimming and weight events (weightlifting, shot put hammer throw, etc.), right up until they got caught.
But they started with actual women.
NCAA are a bunch of chickens to ignore this maltreatment of women.

The East Germans identified children with certain physical characteristics early on. The kids were offered a life that the normal East German could only dream of in terms of housing, access to high-grade food, and social status. In return for their ‘dream lifestyle’ the kids were coached and drilled to the extreme in whatever sport the DDR authorities thought they were suited for. As long as they were performing, the gravy train rolled on. The cost of defeat in the arena was that they were no longer eligible for the benefits and were returned to the drab life of the normal DDR citizen.
Check of some of the photos from that era. The women swimmers and weightlifters are physically developed well beyond the limits of the bell curve.
