It sounds like the judge is inclined to go to trial. This is good news (I think).
Yeah, I heard it. The judge clearly wants to expedite the hearing for the motion to dismiss to ensure an “orderly transition” to Governor-Elect Hobbs. What other conclusion can be drawn?

It look like the judge will not rule to let the democrats dismiss the case. rather he wants to hear the evidence.
