Note that when someone refers to an “Obama Judge”, it doesn’t mean Obama per se. It means a corruptocrat, an agent of the Oligarchy, a paid shill for the power cartel.
When an FR group hears “Obama Judge”, some will extrapolate to “Obama-type judge”.
A few very sharp people on the ground in AZ who follow this closely have emphasized in the past weeks that it will take a “Heroic Judge” to bring justice to this election thievery. By “Heroic Judge”, we can safely assume it is not an Obama judge or Obama-type judge or if was an Obama Judge who went heroic, don’t be surprised to find said judge suddenly experience cardiac arrest or mishap.
These very sharp people in AZ I refer to in the previous paragraph have been discussing the case even before Kari Lake filed her lawsuit. They accurately predicted it will boil down to which judge.
Here’s the thing that All can be made aware of. The Maricopa County Judge must be, with near certainty, a member of the McCain SYNDICATE, as are all judges in Maricopa.
Remember that Al Capone controlled all the judges in Chicago land.

Guess who Lansky brought in to take over and control United Liquors in AZ? The Bronfman family.
Guess who were the managers for United Liquors? The Hensley Brothers.

The McCain Crime Syndicate control Maricopa and other connected areas. We can take it to the bank they control the judges.
Now here’s a thing about cartel controlled judges and prosecutors, they are clever, they know what to say and how to say it.
I have witnessed a judge in WA State oversee the 2004 stolen governor’s election case Rossi v. Gregoire. This judge was “fair, “accommodating”, “serious” and apparently loyal to the law and facts. The Rossi team not only proved massive fraud in the election, and I mean PROVED WITHOUT DOUBT, but they showed the fraud was dozens of orders of magnitude greater than the slim margin that Democrat Gregoire pulled out. Rossi had won the first count, he won a machine recount, and then suddenly ballots appeared from nowhere to put Gregoire over the top by 128 votes out of millions cast.
And the presiding judge, quiet and giving both sides their say and their presumptions after weeks of trial DISMISSED THE CASE because the fraud could not be reversed, the way the fraud went could not be known. Judge would not hear arguments for a do-over. Clock was run out by a judge who looked decent but was as crooked as they come. Are you waking up?
And WHO was the fraud centered on?
Homeless people that could not be located. Hundreds and hundreds of them. Where was their registered address?

The message is we cannot count on judges to be impartial when they reside in areas controlled by a crime syndicate.
Let me give you another example regarding prosecutors. Soros has at least 22 DAs in his pocket:

Now get this, LA District Attorney George Gascon is on Soros’s list.
Who is Gascon? He’s the prosecutor that arrested Eugene Yu. Who is Yu? He is the CEO of Konnech Inc. What is Konnech all about? They were hatched in China under control of the CCP and then setup in Michigan as a small business. So what? The “what” is that Konnech hacked (easy to do) election offices and copied ALL DATA and transferred it to CCP servers in Beijing. The CCP has data on every elections official, every poll-watcher, every voter in the US and much more.
Yu had the audacity to file a lawsuit against True the Vote Catherine Englebrecht and associate Gregg Phillips who had been working with an FBI agent on the Yu case, exposing what Yu had done. The FBI agent was afraid and insisted on anonymity for court purposes. When the judge in the True the vote case ordered True the vote to reveal their FBI source, they refused. Judge threw then in jail, solitary confinement. Catherine could not go to the toilet in her cell without people looking at her.
And what did Gascon do with Yu? He dropped the charges, even though the evidence was crystal clear.
Americans today live under a system that is so corrupt, they cannot rely on courts or elections. Those are compromised beyond any legal means of recovery and reform. Not all courts and elections are corrupt, only those that matter such as Maricopa.
Writing this just gave me an idea, that is feasible but not likely on first round of thinking. If enough loyal Americans wake up and realize they are backed into a corner by those seeking to destroy their American way of life, they could legally move to counties where judges and election officials are not compromised. But that wouldn’t solve the problem of corrupt counties manufacturing ballots and voters to rig elections. State prosecutors would be needed to intervene. Probably not going to happen, but plausible to think about.
The new GOP House will hold hearings next year and make criminal referrals, but DOJ will slow-walk until 2024 when Oligarch agents will rig the elections again, this time to take not only the Presidency, but also both chambers of Congress. And DOJ will drop and forget criminal referrals made by the 2023-2024 GOP House.
Note the use of “Oligarch Agents” rather than just “Democrats.” That’s because there are Republicans who are in on it. In fact, they are not really Republicans, they are agents of the Oligarchy sometimes referred to as the Establishment.
Who are the Oligarchy? Those with control of the money. Microsoft’s Bill Gates III, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, George Soros, BlackRock’s Larry Fink and dozens of other billionaires ARE NOT THE OLIGARCHY. These billionaires are merely titled, privileged persons inside the Oligarchy.
The real Oligarchy remain hidden but control the strings of billionaires they created or approved of. There is some evidence of who the real Oligarchy is and some claim to be certain. And yes, they appear to be Satanists masquerading as atheists.
