As long as you include eggs, for the animal fats, and yeast for vitamin b-12, vegetarianism possible.
The highest lived populations tend to gather a lot plant proteins and fish.

Reducing cholesterol has nothing to do with longevity. And he has more problems from steroids than anything else. I’m near Carnivore and doing great in my 60s. Best possible source of protein.
