I think their is a very good chance the Senate will eliminate the Filibuster early next year and pack the Supreme Court before the next term starts.
Not possible, or, well, probable. Congress must approve a change in size to SCOTUS. That's not going to happen in the Senate this year, and it won't happen in the House starting in 2023.
Do they really need to pack the SC? They’re getting everything they want now as far as I can see.
