Not possible, or, well, probable. Congress must approve a change in size to SCOTUS. That's not going to happen in the Senate this year, and it won't happen in the House starting in 2023.
Do they really need to pack the SC? They’re getting everything they want now as far as I can see.

Of the 25 people arrested in the early hours of the day, 22 are suspected of conspiring to foment a coup, the country’s federal prosecutor said. Their alleged plans included an armed storming of the federal parliament. The other three, including a Russian citizen living in Germany, are suspected of supporting the group, the prosecutor said.”
“The group was inspired by the QAnon conspiracy that has spread worldwide from the U.S. and has been linked to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, as well as the German Reichsbürger, or Citizens of the Reich, movement, which rejects the German state and its institutions, the prosecutor said.”

No, Kristallnacht was when the Nazis went around smashing the storefronts of Jewish-owned businesses. Happened five years after the Reichstag fire, when the Nazis were already firmly in control of Germany.
Why do they only dismantle ‘Far Right’ groups. When was the last time we heard about any government entity going after a ‘Far Left’ group for threatening or actually committing violence
I imagine they consider the warnings from Ike and JFK to have been baseless as well.
I wonder if these German doctors in this vid were part of this arrest.
