they are hyperventilating over 10 degrees? That’s a balmy day for us in the winter months! Try 32 below zero f with 45 mph winds and working outdoors all day! (Course we don’t get those days/weeks as much anymore, but we used to get them regularly) And there are places even worse than that- I remember fishing on a day that was -40 f (no wind) and beign as snug as a bug in a rug with my Eddie Bauer Down Filled Jacket on- sitting on a 5 gallon pail fishing for perch- for hours- (Course we got to warm up cutting more holes with auger as we moved from spot to spot)

I’d guess it’s all relative to their norms, do they build for the cold? Their weather from what I gather falls within a much narrower band since the Atlantic regulates them much better than what we get to enjoy from Siberia and the Pacific.
