Indeed...I have seen those, and found them interesting. It is a bit revealing of the inner workings of our brains, IMO.

Personally, I am constantly seeing some sign on a road where, in passing, my eye-brain combination not only mixes things up. but occasionally inserts words (often with a spicy, dirty, or irreverent bent) into my instant interpretation, which makes me burst out laughing.

When asked, I explain it to my wife, who then rolls her eyes in a good-natured exasperation...:)

There’s no “end up” about it. They already said they cost 2 billion$ apiece. That’s more than we spent on most of our super carriers. And it’s about one million$ per inch of airplane. I hope they save back a few bucks to build WARTHOGS to clean up the messes this thing is gonna make. But a job at Grumman should be solid for quite awhile?
