So true. Trump should be the nominee, just because everyone has already seen what a great job he did! He’s not an unknown, like everyone else is who have never been president, regardless of what they’ve done elsewhere. Trump has proven himself, and with his second term (not having to worry about reelection) he’ll go full bore tearing down Washington and draining the swamp.

Obviously, the RNC Club realizes they have a problem. They are majority funded by major billionaire donors who are opposed to the MAGA populist movement within the group. People are awake to the dynamic.

RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel is also facing scrutiny for her inept party efforts in previous elections. Specifically scrutinized for not having any action plan to combat ballot assembly and collection and being hopelessly outmatched by the organized DNC.

In a transparent effort at damage control, RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has enlisted Harmeet Dhillon and Henry Barbour to lead an internal club effort under the auspices of performing a midterm autopsy. What you said about draining the swamp is exactly why so many fear or just some on the right as on this forum want a new face and give them rainbows and unicorns. In my opinion they think the fight was Trump! I Pity so many think as the fight gets harder ,they want to change from a real leader like Trump and go with the flow ,what the GOPe calls civil and normalcy!
