We can use my ~5 acres but it’s all uphill. It’ll be hard to build on. Impossible to garden until terraces are put in. (Hubby tried and got the tractor stuck.)

I’d ask hubby if we could donate a few acres of the cow property….but, there’s a lot of sweltering heat, mosquitos, snakes, etc.
