That whole 19 inch vs. 20 inch ballot issue, and the lack of counting ballots BEFORE they left the voting centers are huge issues that this trial judge basically ignored.
He must have woken up next to a horse's head.
The appeal is going to be lit.
We can thank President Trump not only for Title 42, but for putting enough conservative judges on the Supreme Court to get a common sense ruling.
