Quite the storm up here! Winds blasting all day, snow pelting the windows....brutal, and it’s not letting up yet.
I made a big pot of chicken tortellini soup this morning, and will soon start cooking for Sunday - perfect day to be inside puttering, that’s for sure.

Group Of Local Deer Put Out A Hit On Woman’s Inflatable Reindeer
Evidently, in Brooke Miller’s Austin, Texas, neighborhood, there’s only room for a select few local deer.
And, apparently, her adorable reindeer decorations aren’t among them
After Miller put up the inflatable reindeer neatly in place in her front yard, she began to notice something odd was happening. Each day, when Miller would wake up and look outside, she could tell that someone had messed around with her decorations while she slept.
Miller’s neighbor caught the perpetrators on video:
It seems a pair of local deer toughs didn’t take too kindly to the presence of Miller’s reindeer — and they appear to have it out for them.
Miller, to her credit, isn’t taking it personally. Many deer roam in her neighborhood, and she enjoys them, regardless of their true intent when it comes to her decorations

Oh my goodness what a little angel.
I have a cold and it’s getting worse. One test said it wasn’t Covid. This is much worse than when I actually had Covid.
High of 14 today and low of 3 tonight. I’m praying for all the animals, sure wish I could find some stray ones and bring them in. I looked for some on my trip to Walgreens but didn’t see any. I got some wonderful Vicks scented Kleenex. It’s my favorite
