Sorry for not following as closely as I could have, but does it go to the House if the Senate passes it, or is that already done? Basically, if the Senate passes it, it’s then a done deal?

It originated in the Senate, so the House will have to approve it. The Dems are still th majority, so their final act can be locking up the pursestrings till September.

That I can’t answer but we know the House under Nasty will rubber stamp the Omni Bill.

The only chance we have in stopping it is for the Senate pubbies to have 41 votes against it since it needs 60 to pass.

Doesn’t look hopeful to me.
